In these trying times, structure, support, and social connections are essential. The THRIVE Program is a telehealth-based therapeutic option for families looking for academic, social and emotional interventions during the current crisis. Our team has developed a program that integrates the latest guidance to provide clients and their families with support, strategies and tools to address the unique challenges of our current circumstances.

The variety of services provided by the program are designed to support healthy living, improve learning and study habits, teach stress management skills and techniques, and provide a safe and nurturing forum to process various stressors.

The program consists of two separate groups, one for middle schoolers and one for high schoolers. The groups meet daily over a period of 8 weeks. A sample schedule is:

Monday:
Morning - Goals Group
Mid-Morning - Study/Executive Function Group (optional)
Afternoon - Study/Executive Function Group (optional)

Tuesday:
Early Evening - Process Group
Early Evening - Parent Group

Wednesday:
Morning - Goals Group
Mid-Morning - Study/Executive Function Group (optional)
Afternoon - Study/Executive Function Group (optional)

Thursday:
Early Evening - Process Group

Friday:
Morning - Goals Group
Mid-Morning - Study/Executive Function Group (optional)
Afternoon - Study/Executive Function Group (optional)
