Adult Process Group

The Heartwood Program is offering an open process group for young adults ages 20-30 who would benefit from weekly group therapy focused on examining unsatisfactory life patterns, forming healthier relationships, improving communication, becoming independent adults, and enhancing their social skills.

Enrollment is rolling, and the group takes place on Mondays from 5:00pm-6:30pm.

Following an initial screening evaluation by the group leader, individuals are invited to join and participate within the group.

This Process Group is appropriate for those struggling with:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Self-defeating behaviors
  • Low Self-Esteem
  • Communication and Relationships
  • Distress Tolerance
  • Managing Conflict
  • Coping with Life Situations
  • Family distress
  • Adjusting to adulthood
